Choose Your Path
Decide whether you’ll walk the road of the Warrior Path - focused on heavy lifts, strength, and mastery of form. Or the Assassin Path - fast-paced, heart-pumping training that hones speed and endurance. You can switch paths every 6 weeks if your quest changes.
Follow a 6-Week Arc with Monthly Side-Quests
6 weeks of workouts tailored to your chosen path, plus optional “Side-Quests” that might target mobility, improve posture, or even fire up your glutes so you’re dragon-riding ready. From habit challenges to skill-building missions, every quest keeps your adventure fresh and engaging.
Level Up with XP, Coaching Feedback, and Community
Track your progress with our XP system, unlock milestones, and celebrate every win - big or small. Your coaches provide regular feedback to sharpen your skills, while our community of fellow adventurers stands beside you in every battle, cheering you on and joining you for each new campaign (and yes, you read that right—we have campaigns!).
